RECOMMENDED PARTICIPANTS
This workshop has been devised for confirmed managers who must provide significant contributions in organization culture alignment or change. To obtain the maximum benefit from this program, participants should already be familiar with the basics of strategic management. It is recommended that companies send their several members of their top and Senior Management Team.
